Current Projects: 

The enhancement of existing utilities-stage 1 construction of fuel distribution line from berth13 to the existing tanks at (ESNAAD)ADNOC Logistics and services, Mussafah, Abu Dhabi, UAE.

 The Installation of Precast concrete trench for Fuel distribution line inside port area. Work involved: 1.Installation of Precast Concrete Trench Length 250m and Hight 3.2m 

2.Excavation and Back filling 15000m3, 

3.De watering 500nos bore holes with depth 6m 3.Concrete Activities 1000m3, 

4.Fuel pipeline Erection length 280m 

Roles & Responsibilities:

 ◈ Implementation of all site activities. ◈ Control, monitoring and managing all civil construction works, electrical works, mechanical works and communications works, Coordinate with their Engineers and Contractors. ◈ Managing parts of construction projects. ◈ Acting as the main technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors, crafts people and operatives. ◈ Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly. ◈ Undertaking surveys and setting out sites. ◈ Ensuring project packages meet agreed specifications, budgets and/or timescales ◈ Liaising with quantity surveyors about the ordering and the pricing of materials

◈ Ensuring that health and safety and sustainability policies and legislation are adhered to. ◈ Assists in the preparation of quality documentation, including the Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) and in the review of construction documents for compliance with project quality requirements related to Civil works. ◈ Preparing and reviewing method statements and work specific quality control plans. Ensuring materials received are in accordance with quantity and quality. Monitor and control materials release from suppliers. ◈ Preparing and Submittal for MAR, MIR, IR for Approval. ◈ Implementation of Method Statements, Inspection & Test Plans related to Civil works, and ensures all necessary records are generated in a timely manner in their area of assigned responsibility. Manages the inspection and testing of Civil works including monitoring the work of QC Inspectors under their authority. ◈ QA/QC documentation of the complete project, including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered, and other important QA/QC documents. ◈Develop and determine all standards to perform inspections and tests on all procedures, oversee all testing methods, and maintain high-quality standards for all processes. ◈Review the quality of all materials at the site, ensure compliance with all project specifications and quality, and collaborate with the department for all material procurement and quality materials. ◈ Assists in preparation and implementation of Project Execution Plan ◈ Attends the Weekly progress meetings (Internal as well as with the clients) and assist in preparation of minutes of meeting. ◈ Monitors work in progress and prepares reports on the progress and status of the project. ◈ Always Follow Safety to Work as per ADNOC HSE Policies. ◈ Supervising in scaffolding works, Pipe Cutting, Lifting, Welding. ◈Fully reviews drawings& specifications and prepares subcontractors/suppliers scope of work. ◈ Prepare project estimates, budget, schedules and execution plans. ◈ Performs engineering design evaluations and works to complete projects within budget and scheduling restraints. ◈ Provide technical support to external & internal customers.
