As an accomplished pharmacy management lead, I have a proven record of leading and facilitating the setup of pharmacy departments at NMC Healthcare. With over 13 years of experience in hospital pharmacy, I recently served as the Head of Pharmacy Department at Nmc Healthcare Deira. In this role, I was entrusted with establishing the department, which consistently achieved its objectives, including obtaining JCIA accreditation, managing the hospital formulary, increasing profit margin, reducing PBM denials and patient waiting times, overseeing group CME activities, and providing specialist services in clinical pharmacy and the antibiotic stewardship program.

I am deeply passionate about training and mentoring others, and I am confident that my expertise in building and leading highly successful teams, along with my ability to develop systems, processes, and policies that foster excellence in hospital pharmacy, makes me an invaluable asset to a senior leadership team at any hospital.

I most recently held the position of Pharmacy Manager at NMC Deira, which I had held since April 2023, after being promoted from Pharmacy In-Charge at NMC Deira, where I had worked since June 2022, and from NMC Specialty Hospital Al Nahda Dubai, where I had worked as a pharmacist (shift in charge) since 2013. My experience has equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of pharmacy operations, medication management, and patient care. I pride myself on my ability to remain calm and focused under pressure, which has been crucial in handling emergencies and delivering timely interventions.
