•Analyze the Specifications, Drawings, and BOQ of the project. 

•Doing and preparing the packages in each item based on the project materials and requirements

 •Preparing the required submittal form the subcontractor/suppliers and arranging as per the consultant’s requirement 

•Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other essential data. 

•Reviewing and analyzing all supplier’s quotations or proposals that will comply based on the details of the project that will comply based on the details from project to select the most suitable suppliers who are able to deliver high-quality material at a competitive rate. 

•Develop plans for purchasing equipment services and supplies 

•Negotiate the best deal for pricing and supply contracts 

•Ensure that the products and supplies are high quality
