Recently graduated by Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical power and eagerly looking for a chance to apply all my capabilities in a big company for self career growth and new experience at foreign country.

Having experiences of maintenance field such as air-con, fridge and reefer container servicing and installation and maintenance, testing, commissioning and servicing experiences for lift, elevator, escalator and moving walk in an international company like KONE, I truly confident that bringing along with my positive attitude will ultimately contribute towards the requirements that is looking for.

Refrigerated Container Maintenance and Service Technician at Nature CLR Cold Chains Logistics and Refrigeration Services ( January 2019 - January 2020 )

As my Reefer Technician role, regular check, maintenance, cleaning and servicing for refrigerated containers at inland container depots.

Checking and servicing of air-conditioning, fridge and reefer container maintenance work for smooth operation and well function.

The key role is to make sure refrigerated container Pre Trip Inspection ( PTI ) before each container go to the highway transport action trips. Monitoring and maintaining setting temperature during transportation.

Testing and Commissioning and Service Technician at KONE Elevator and Escalator Myanmar ( February 2020 - January 2021 )

-Testing and commissioning of lifts in order to operate safely and smoothly by all KONE standard guidelines and procedures.

Find and repair to installed defects.

Install 3 phases wiring and connection to MAP, SEP, Drive, EBD, Car Top Junction Box and other necessary points.

Make sure electrical safety and earth continuity test.

Check machine room and control panel, lift shaft, safety components, machine room equipment, suspension ropes, insulation resistance on earth on electrical equipment, safety circuit protection, safety contacts and circuits, measurement and clearances, top of the well, bottom of the well, car and landing doors, electrical safety, lift well equipment, car lighting and alarm.

Test the dynamics, car loading conditions, empty car, balanced load, rated load, break, doors, over speed governor and safety gear.

Prepares the new installation inspection report, field test data report, safety lines check report and safety audit by all KONE safety guidelines and procedures.

-Maintenance and servicing of elevators and escalators in accordance with KONE safety standards and relevant operational tasks performed by daily and monthly assignments.

Follow a predetermine schedule of preventive maintenance and perform periodic maintenance and regular check up of Car, Car Top, Lift-Shaft, Counterweight, Control System, ARD, EBD, Batteries, Gearless Machine, Over speed Governor, Pit, Pit Lightings, Car Buffer, Counterweight Buffer and other equipment.

Performs the cleaning, lubrication and servicing.

Strong knowledge in preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance of elevators, escalators and moving walks.

Replace defective or improperly functioning circuitry and electronics components, using the necessary tools.

Prepare requisition for procurement of spare parts from the stores and maintain relevant inventory document.

Inform the Supervisor well in advance about spare parts needed especially from overseas suppliers and follow up.

Provide information to the team working in the next shift with respect to pending and accomplished jobs for the day.

Ensure safe and proper usage of power tools while carrying out repairs, keep the work area clear before and after or middle of the job as per the prescribe safety standard.

Make sure that all the assignment is carried out in a timely manner by using necessary Personal Protective Equipment’s (PPE’s) and as per the set safety norms.

Assisting in the development and implementations of the maintenance management systems.

Record test procedures and results, numerical and graphical data, and recommendations for changes on a log sheet or checklist.

Maintain working knowledge of the new machines to be installed by reading the installation manual and prepare necessary documents required for installation.

.Ensure the safety measures of the work station and accomplishing of in time operation.

.Handling and arranging of tools and supporting equipment of work station in standard operating procedures.

.Working as a team in safety standards to achieve the goal and organizing the requirements.
