Working as Estimation Engineer /Site Engineer with Premium House General Contracting & Maintenance from December 2021 on Villas project at Madinat Al Riyad City AbuDhabi. 

Responsibilities: 

• Preparing tender documents for pre-qualification (Villa GF + 2). 

• Calculating quantities for BOQ. 

• Scheduling project from start to finish by MS Project for FAB. 

• Preparing tender for consultant and First Abu Dhabi bank (FAB).

 • Coordinating with consultant and Municipality for shop drawings approval (Drainage, Water, Electrical and Etisalat).

 • Complete Knowledge of Municipal Electronic Permitting System (Meps) Abu Dhabi Municipality from initiating to completion of project.

 • Coordinating with owner for modification in project. 

• Site work organization of substructure, superstructure and finishing works.

 • Responsible for quality of work and progress of work at site. 

• Calculating quantities at site (Steel, Concrete, Block, Cement, Tiles, and Pasco). 

• Follow safety requirements at site and solve issues at site. 

• Meet construction budget by monitoring expenditures.
