• International and multi-cultural experience for managing local and regional MEA & GCC (Qatar, UAE) (On/Off shore) teams: integrated ground public transportation systems for Metro and Railways infrastructure sustainable network.
• Developing long-term customer relationships with sales organization.
• Managing and evaluating program by Primavera 6, Enterprise Project Portfolio Management Smart Sheet.
• PMO consultative services, monitor project schedules, resources, budget and quality to ensure successful delivery, evaluating program, coaching and proactive participation in cost control and margin improvement.
• High level reporting, dashboard, creating and demonstrating project main documents repository system, LL&BoP, KPIs&MS Project schedule and S-curve analysis. 
• Strong management experience & high maturity level in implementing and delivering projects corporate processes & tools through Contract Implementation Process (CIP), experience in Agile methodologies and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Significant experience in Metro Railway operator's Safety rules, Regulations and International RAMS standards for O&M contracts.
• Experience of working for fast-track programs within consortium environments as a consortium leader. 
• Excellent customer experience communication & presentation skills and enhance customer satisfaction (CRM).
• Customer and Business oriented aligned with company polices & EHS Standards (ISO 9001, 27001, 14001, 45001, CMMI and Code of Ethics).
