 Installing, configuring, and maintaining and troubleshooting computer platforms Windows XP/Vista/7/8/11  Managing users and groups as per organizational policy with Windows Active Directory domain service.  Standard system administration duties including server install, System/Application install and patch management, Windows problem determination and resolution, log analysis, etc.  Create and maintain comprehensive documentation as it relates to server and network topology, equipment, and configurations.  Installation and support of Server Software/Hardware.  Managing users and groups as per organizational policy with Windows Active Directory domain service.  Installing configuring and managing DNS, DHCP and File servers  Planning, Deploying and Configuring Microsoft Exchange Server 2010/2012/2016  Knowledge of Mailbox, Client Access, Hub Transport, Edge and Unified Messaging Servers  Implementing Client-side Features Outlook Web App and RBAC  Controlling Mailbox Growth, Personal Folders, Public Folders and PST Files  Create, Modify and Deleting User Mailboxes and Group Accounts  Trouble shooting whenever required.  Expertise in implementing Active Directory Service.  Expertise in installing, configuring, and administrating Certificate Authority.  Using Office365 platform  Implement, troubleshoot, analyze, and maintain the IT Infrastructure including network connectivity and utilization, Windows server administration, performance tuning, backup and restore.  Asset, Inventory and License Management for Desktop, Servers, Networking devices, IT peripherals.  Troubleshooting On office 365 and Microsoft Windows 10.  Installation of Antivirus Software’s (Symantec Antivirus and Malware Byte) on Server and Client PC’s.  Preparation of Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports.

Education

 Lead & manage a team of Desktop Support, including all desktop  Laptops, mobile device, associated peripheral devices & software  Led weekly team meetings to discuss current events and updates.  Mac OS installation & Configuration  Maintaining and Troubleshooting Network Printer HP Samsung Kyocera  Microsoft Office 365 support and troubleshooting.  Remote troubleshooting of servers’ & Windows & Mac devices.  Outlooking configuration and troubleshooting.  Monitor the Service Desk ticket queue and work tickets throughout assigned shift.  Supporting the staff & Students  Maintenance and monitoring of computer Networks and system.  Logging the queries of customers and employees.  Analysis of the logs to discovery any underlying issues of trends  Diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.  Testing and Evaluation new technology.  Performing electrical safety checks on the company’s computer  Responding to Call-out in a timely Fashion.  Implement Print network Management System with Samsung & HP
