In general, responsible to implement, PPM Plan, Team Building & Evaluation, KPI, Energy Management, Contractor Management, Project Management and Capex & Repair and Maintenance budget preparation. Ensure that the Employees/Contractors are suitably competent for the tasks assigned. Insuring the PTW and proper Risk Assessment for all the activity.
