Coordinating with the supplier’s sales and logistic team, checking the orders, making sure the SKUs are as per order and UAE compliance, making the shipping bookings and validating all the documents. Suppliers from France, Italy, U.K, China, Belgium, Poland, Luxembourg, Germany, Turkey &more
 Nominating the most convenient and economical freight forwarder for the shipments, while maintaining the efficiency and SOP of the related operations
 Analyzed statistical data and reports to ascertain trends in performance, resulting in maximum effective and efficient use of logistical resources
 Managed all material planning efforts along with direct oversight of all International and Domestic procurement.
