• Lead and train +40 Staff making sure company targets and vision is clear to the team follow up on training and day to day coaching.
• Train /managers/staff luxury customer service and kpis and follow up on store staff to make sure its applied correctly.
• Apply a complete Human Resource approach to taking care of team members including leave plans and daily schedules, overtime payments, recruitments of suitable tea members, adherence to company policies and procedures, succession planning increments, disciplinary concerns etc.
• Developing the Staff through effective performance management, coaching and succession planning, while managing day to day HR activities and other business issues.
• Conforming to Health & Safety policies in the work environment – in particular to keep up to date with changes in the workplace to ensure staff safety at all times.
• Managing staff retention through the employment of various motivational techniques if required.
