Public Relation, Government Affairs and Admin operation.  Thorough knowledge of UAE labor laws and visa procedures.  Familiar with online services and typing procedures (MOHRE, SMART GDRFA, DHA, ICA,CICPA)  Experience in mainland companies and different Free zones all over UAE.  License Renewal-Dubai Economy, Chamber of Commerce and Land Department.  Direct dealing with Ministry of Labor (MOHRE) / Immigration/ DHA / DM / RTA / CICPA/GPSSA(CNIA) / Civil Defense / Police Department / Court etc.  Documentations and database management.  Employee welfare and grievance handling.  Effective communication skills (English & Arabic)  Onboarding, demobilization and exit formalities.  PR budgeting and petty cash handling.  Dependence and family visa.  Passport control, expiry tracking of visa and relevant documents.  Legal dispute, Public Prosecution and Court cases.  Consulate and Embassy works.  Dealing with all government departments and various Authorities.  Look after Resignation, Termination & Exit Interview.  Handling Emergencies and death cases.  Translation and letter preparation.  Perfect coordination within the departments (HR, Admin and Finance)  Insurance and workman compensation.  Providing functional support for Labor Accommodation and Transportation  Disciplinary action and legal proceedings.
