• Assisting Sme and Individual line of business in Medical
• Attend new inquiries and arrange suitable quotation based on client needs 
• Prepare comparison chart of various quotation from portal & tools for both SME & Ind Medical.
• Validating the closing documents once business is closed
• Liaise as a point of contact between the insurance company and the client
• Validate invoice received from insurance company before sending to the client
• Ensure policy documentation are placed and booking the same on Earth portal
• Provide assistance to client that requires General lines products
• Monitor and ensure to retain client during policy renewal for both group and individual medical 
• Communicating with insurance company, Third Party Administration and Client for any request
• Handles complaints and queries such as delay in approval from the provider, denial request, policy 
coverage, network coverage and policy exclusions
