I am a licensed dietitian with a passion for promoting healthy eating habits across all ages, with a specialized focus on children’s nutrition. With a degree from the American University of Beirut (AUB), I have developed a deep understanding of therapeutic nutrition, solid food introduction, and Baby-Led Weaning (BLW). My approach blends evidence-based practices with practical solutions, empowering families to nurture healthy eating habits from infancy through childhood. Over the years, I’ve worked closely with parents, guiding them through the transition to solid foods while addressing challenges such as picky eating, food allergies, and growth curve concerns. I am also skilled in designing personalized nutrition programs, managing sports nutrition, breastfeeding guidance, and dietary plans for children with unique nutritional needs

My mission is to make nutrition both accessible and enjoyable, helping children develop a positive relationship with food that will last a lifetime. Whether working one-on-one with families or sharing knowledge through workshops and online platforms, I am committed to fostering healthier futures for the next generation.
