About Zaid Alhennawi:
I worked for School Improvement Partnership as part of the Abu Dhabi Education reform, my overall role was to developteachers' skills to deliver the new curriculum and to facilitate an improvement in student achievement through quality English learning and teaching.
I was in charge of 20 English, Arabic, and Islamic Teachers. I was responsible for achieving government-set KPIs with 1400+ students that attend our school. Our company works on a consultancy basis with the Abu Dhabi Educational Council (ADEC). I aim to support the development and improvement of national school systems globally.

For the last 28 years, I have worked in the field of Education. I am an organised person with a commitment to setting and achieving goals. I thrive on new challenges and am motivated to achieve excellence in education. I strongly believe that each student is a unique individual, one who can with inspirational guidance learn to knowthe vast potential and creative energy that lies within them. I am always on the cutting edge of global educational trends and this ensures that the teachers, teacher assistants, and students I work with are provided with as many stimulating ideas as possible to keep their programs exciting and challenging. I have experience with a wide range of individuals from all ethnicities and social backgrounds and show sensitivity to understanding their values,beliefs, and culture.
