Work Description:

• Manages staff and associated job functions to include receiving, stocking, pulling, shipping,and distribution of materials, tools or other stock items required
• Manages the efficiency and effectiveness of warehouse staff
• Maintains inventory stock levels by the proficient use of reordering schedules and forecasting
• Implements efficient storagemethods which yield ready accessibility of materials, permitting efficient serviceto users, efficient space utilization and flexibility of arrangement, reduces the need for materialhandling equipment, minimizesmaterial deterioration and pilferage and allows ease of physicalinventory
• Maintains inventory variances, levels and turn within corporateguidelines via the use of a computerized tracking system
• Preparing Financial Documents like Sales Invoices, Bills, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables.
• Maintain day-to-day business transactions including cash receipts and payments, bank receipts and payments etc.
• Prepare as set, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information
• Preparation of Sales and Receipt report on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
