Raw Material testing (Active/ Inactive) by HPLC and UV- Visible spectrophotometer, Raw material identification by FTIR Bulk sample analysis and finished product testing by HPLC, In-process and finished product testing by UV-Visible Spectrophotometer, Qualification Study of Finished Product. Titration of aqueous and non-aqueous solutions (acid-base titration, redox titration, complex metric titration, precipitation titration, etc.) Coated and uncoated tablet testing by Dissolution, Disintegration apparatus and Hardness tester, Preparation of Different pH Buffer for analysis and different solutions(reagents, indicators, volumetric solutions, test solutions, etc.) Packing Material testing, Calibration of QC instruments, Documentation(Maintenance of QC Logbooks. file records). Microbial Testing Expertise: Endotoxin testing by gel clot method, MLT of Raw Materials
