Additionally, I have excelled in monitoring and reviewing internal operations, formulating annual budgets, and Maintaining up-to-date Government Regulations and legal requirements and determining their impact on the company.

I have successfully managed administrative and logistical business support services, including managing commercial licenses, registering and renewing trade licenses, and coordinating procedures with relevant authorities. I have also overseen the management of company vehicles, ensuring proper registration, renewal, transfer, and payment of violations.

Throughout my career, I have effectively coordinated administrative and logistical support for various government entities, obtaining approvals from entities such as Civil Defense (ADCD), Traffic and Licensing (AD Police, RTA), Electricity and Water Distribution companies (ADDC, DEWA), Municipalities (ADM, DM), Department of Economic Development (ADDED, DED), Chamber of Commerce (ADCCI, DCCI), Kizad (AD Port), Food Safety Authority, and the Environment Agency.

Furthermore, I have extensive experience in issuing and following up on security permits for employees, vehicles, and equipment required to enter sites such as ADNOC, TAKREER, military sites, and palaces that require special approvals and access.

Experience

Managing the Shared Services with combined tasks in Government Relations, Business Support and Logistics.

Governmental Relations, which includes:

  1. Managing Government Relations by oversees Employee’s Visa and Residency, issuing the Emiratss IDs, conducting Medical examinations, Employment Contracts, following up of Employee’s Record, and resolving all issues occurred in the Immigration (Identity and Citizenship Authority) and MOHRE.

In addition, Register/Deregister the Emirate’s Employees in the Pension Fund for both General Pension & Social Security Authority ICP – GPSSA and Abu Dhabi Pension Fund-ADPF.

  1. Monitor and review the Internal operations and formulate Annual Budgets by estimating the Department’s costs and expenses in order to avoid any consequences or Government fines.
  2. Maintaining up-to-date Government Regulations and legal requirements and determining their impact on the company.

 

Business Support Services

Manage a variety of Administrative and logistical processes and projects working closely with the Senior Managers, HRO’s, CEO to ensure efficient and timely delivery.

  1. Managing the company’s Commercial Licenses, including registering and renewing Trade License, adding and classifying the activities, and completing all procedures with the relevant authorities.
  2. Assist in the preparation of the leasing agreements, ensure completion of all documents and manage the renewal agreements as well.
  3. Assist the Manager Leasing in implementing Leasing Objectives which will outline the amount of space to be leased, the time frame required to lease and the target rental rate to be achieved, appropriate merchandise mix compatibility and presentation

 

  1. Managing the Company’s Vehicles, Registering, Renewing, Transferring, and paying violations, coordinating to carry out the logistical work to complete the inspection and maintenance procedures.
  2. Following-up the Administrative Services and Logistical Support of the Government Entities requirements, such as obtaining Approvals from Civil Defense(ADCD), Traffic and Licensing(AD Police, RTA), Electricity and Water Distribution companies(ADDC,DEWA), Municipalities(ADM,DM), Transportation Department, the Department of Economic Development(ADDED, DED), the Chamber of Commerce(ADCCI,DCCI), Kizad (AD Port), the Food Safety Authority, and the Environment Agency.
  3. Issuing & Following-up the Security Permits for the employees, Vehicles and Equipment’s to enter the sites of ADNOC, TAKREER sites and all Military sites and Palaces that require special approvals and access to enter.

Graduated as a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration-BIS from (Skyline College) it’s a campus of a Lincoln University- UK,
