With demonstrated skills for Risk engineering activities in different fields in Algeria as well as international such as Libya, Tunisia, Italy, Mauritania, etc. I have been involved as leader and as Risk appreciation Senior Director on several risk surveys for operating assets and construction projects with Sonatrach, CASH, ENI-SAIPEM, GOGEO France, where I have demonstrated outstanding works throughout all the assignments given to me, even under pressure situation, especially when you have to deliver works in very tight time. I have never miss any deadline of any project I was involved in. The significant value creation to overall projects always awarded by top management 

My risk surveys experience includes:

-        Oil & Gas (Upstream and downstream) including construction projects and operating assets: Oil and gas separation and treatment plants, Refineries, LNG, LPG, Urea and Ammonia plants, Methanol plant, etc.

-        Sea water reverse osmosis for construction and operation,

-        Power plants,

-        Hotels,

-        Industrial and commercial assets,

-        Etc.  

As we consider the Risk engineering activities as a support activity for both Insurance/reinsurance companies and insurers as well and working closely with underwriters and clients, by providing a good understanding of the actual quality of the risk, exposure to perils, EML’s estimation, machinery breakdown, etc. And how to improve the quality of the risk by providing mitigation measures (based on international standards API, NFPA, FM, best practices, etc.),

I was also responsible for the preliminary claim investigation for industrial, commercial and oil and gas claims including explosion, fire and machinery breakdown.
