    This role will act as First line sales leader in D&NE leading Dubai & Northern Emirates Respiratory team.
    Lead and develop the team of Sales Field Force to deliver local strategy through effective coaching and support. Provide a highest level of understanding and interpretation of new HCP engagement guidelines to the team.

    Job Responsibilities:


    Initiate and promote the development of direct reports by using a defined processMaximize performance of team through regular coaching sessionsSupport the team in developing tailored development plans fit to their career aspirationEnsure that all-team members are getting fair opportunities for coaching & mentoring and time in field is fairly distributeLead the recruitment activities with HR team in recruiting and attracting talentTrain and develop new members and act as a role model for staff by setting high standards through personal behavior and actionsMaintain a positive working environment for the team by conducting a healthy and engaging interaction with the teamAct as a change catalyst by having open transparent communication based on trust and respectThe role will also require strong engagement and influencing skills in order to represent GSK effectively when interacting with a variety of external stakeholders.

    Cultivate a network of collaborative relationships among CTC, marketing, medical, regulatory, distributors and other departments to ensure alignment of strategy and optimize accessibility of our products to the patients for their utmost benefitSupport the team in setting clear and compelling vision that guides them to deliver the strategy and goals at territory levelResponsible for building the account management capabilities of individual Reps, driving value-based key account management as a mindset rather than just a functionEnsure all team members are fully aligned & equipped to apply the company's strategy as well as GSK policies, processes, procedures, and expectationsSupport business plans by conducting market analysis, identifying root causes and implications while ensuring timely follow-ups and execution to achieve agreed KPIsIdentify and explore opportunities for both new and existing products, support marketing team in preparing for successful launches and develop sustainable relationships with Key External ExpertsDevelop a culture of performance and self-accountability for delivery of quality results within a teamLead and Follow-up on team's KPIs to optimize customers' facing time and propose the best structure according to each team member's capacity and area specificity in alignment with brand strategyConduct regular performance reviews in order to assess improvement and development versus plan of team membersDiscuss new assignments in order to build skill capacity of team members and inspire them to take up challenging assignments and succeedDrive the team and act as a role model in living the company values of integrity, respect for people, transparency and putting the patient at the core of every decision in every interaction internally and externallyPosition GSK as a partner of choice for external experts by building trustful relationships with HCPs and leveraging team's knowledge and having the patient at the heart of every discussion.


    Job Requirements:


    Science degree (preferably a Pharmacy Degree).Minimum 7 years of experience in commercial roles with 2 years of people management experience.

    Respiratory experience is a plus.
    UAE experience is a must.

    Proven track record of effective territory management and distinguished field KPIsAbility to lead, inspire, and coach a team of junior and experienced Sales Field Force staffAbility to establish the development agenda in line with team's current capabilitiesCapability of planning, organizing, and leading effective field operations in a highly competitive marketRobust knowledge and capability of analyzing complex data of various sources and interpret it for effective business solutionsDemonstrated project management capabilityHighly evident and developed verbal and written communication skills and a strong interpersonal skillA change champion with the ability to drive the change agendaStrong knowledge of GSK's compliance and governance framework.

    Capability of establishing internal and external partnerships and ability to effectively interacting with cross functional teams.
