    A s an Airline Operations Product Owner youwill have experience of onboard service systems or knowledge ofinflight and cabin systems and processes such as IFE onboard retailwifi connectivity etc. preferably within a large internationalairline or a service provider to airlines and/or aviationcompanies. You will act as the bridge between the softwareengineering teams and your stakeholders. You will help to definethe vision of the products we create; drive the planningprioritisation and execution of backlogs and deliver new featuresthat support our strategic goals.

    In this roleyou will:

    Support the Technical ProductManager and Stakeholders driving the roadmap based on insights andchampion this across your engineering teams

    Drive product development through your engineering and scrum teams

    Write user stories prioritise backlogs managerelease activities and support sprint ceremonies

    Define detailed use cases product requirements andtechnical specs needed to support roadmap initiatives.

    Set product objectives define success metrics and deliverbusiness outcomes ensuring KPIs and targets are met

    Continuously innovate and iterate as you deliver yourroadmap in order to provide the best product and solutions possible

    Ensure effective collaboration across adiverse range of teams and stakeholders to balance the needs andpriorities of the business and our customers.

    Work crossfunctionally with engineering delivery architecture andbusiness partners

    Deliver world class userjourneys that our customers value

    Be a part ofour Product community focusing on collaboration and identifyingopportunities of improvement and growth.

    Beable to analyse business functionality changes and determinefeatures and stories that clearly articulate the full range ofamendments/enhancements that need to be done to both vendor andinhouse systems.

    Refine user storieselaborating them clearly with detailed acceptance criteriadependencies etc. highlighted.

    Documentprocess flows to illustrate tobe states and changes to informationflow.

    Conduct discoveries/feasibilities thatpotentially lead to RFI/RFT with the ability to manage those toconclusion with detailed vendor evaluations.

    Own the entire lifecycle of the Product including but not limitedto the product roadmap associated dependencies etc.

    At times be required to engage drive and manage vendorpriorities and activities pertaining to your prioritisedbacklog.


    Qualifications & Experience: Youll havean edge if you have:

    • Bachelors degree and 5 years experience in productownership/management in a team facing capacity
    • Whilst not essential some experience ofworking within an agile environment across multiple initiatives andteams
    • Appetite for building and identifyingvalue with a customer centric mindset.
    • Wellversed with the tools for the Product Managementaspects of software delivery
    • Possess strongcommunication skills and be able to enthusiastically convey yourProduct Vision to stakeholders and effectively influence a widerange of stakeholders across the organisation.
    • A positive attitude and an ability to drive discerniblechange and delivery at pace in a pressurised environment
    • Build strong relationships with peers andteam members
    • Agile and innovative mindsetwith the tenacity to adapt and thrive in a constantly changingenvironment.

    • In crossfunctionalsquads (Product Owner Scrum Master Developers QAs)
    • We work within the Atlassian suite maintaining ourbacklogs in JIRA and leveraging Confluence for knowledge management
    • Customer centric mindset the customer is thefocal point of delivering products services and experiences.
    • Leveraging your domain knowledge andexperience to solve complex business problems and support them inachieving their goals
