- Participate in generating ideas that help indeveloping the marketing of the university, in line with thecompetencies of the main administration.
- Help in evaluating themarketing and technical production for the department, proposingnew ideas and follow up on their implementation.
- Contribute tothe performance of the university and prepare a periodic reportthat includes the performance of the department over specificperiods.
- Develop proposed and implementable development plans.
- Post marketing materials on the university's website.
- Revise and update the university's publications.
- Overseethe media monitoring and content analysis of theuniversity's news.
- Assist in marketing the future plansof the university by producing publications, and organizingmarketing campaigns and events.
- Develop external partnerships toenhance the University's relations with the Internationalcommunity.
- Assist in building a database of the partners andsponsoring institutions, including data of their employees.
- Buildmedia relationships with local, regional and international media.
- Craft a robust, effective, creative, and forward thinking PRstrategy.
- Explore various avenues and platforms for our corporatemessage circulation.
- Research, write and distribute pressreleases & communications to targeted media / regions/specific audiences.
- Work as part of the marketing team to developcontent adverts, videos, social media.
- Assist with the productionof publications, such as in house brochures and newsletters Proofread and edit online and printed Documents.
- Liaise on adaily basis with stakeholders and the media, often via telephone,email and face to face meetings Requirements Minimum Qualification
- At least a Bachelor's degree in public relations,journalism, mass communication, marketing, or related fieldPreferred Qualification
- Training courses in effectivecommunication skills
- Training courses in measuring and achievingcustomer satisfaction.
- Training courses in customer care andservice excellence.
- Training courses in common mistakes inmarketing and sales activities.
