Description
Responsible for day-to-day accounting operations including data entry and necessary reporting.

  • Responsible for Accounts receivable and to ensure accurate monthly reconciliation.
  • Liaising with Banks as needed for reconciling bank accounts, payment transfers, cheque book requests, fixed deposit monitoring etc
  • Management of month end close. Ensuring that month end close is completed within the agreed timelines and that proper controls, processes and review processes are in place to ensure that data is complete and accurate.
Graduate in Accounting/Finance or equivalent, professional accounting qualification is preferred (CA,ACCA, CIMA, CFA, CPA)

  • Functional Knowledge preferred in Oracle and Yardi System/equivalent accounting system.
  • Minimum of 2 to 4 years' in Accounts Receivables or similar experience as an Accounts /Finance.
  • Experience of real estate preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and highly competent data entry skills (in both speed and accuracy).
  • Functional understanding of current accounting software.
  • Attention to detail and excellent numeracy skills.
Excellent communication skills both written and oral.

Contract length: 6 months


Salary:
AED5, AED6,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

  • Accounting: 4 years (required)
