• Bachelor's degree in arelated field (Computer Science/Engineering)
• Atleast 7 years of relevant experience in Cloud management (Azure,AWS).
• Knowledge and experience with Red HatEnterprise Linux and Windows.
• Knowledge andstrong experience with Microsoft Technologies, mainly ActiveDirectory and Azure Entra ID.
• Experience inEnterprise Server & Storage management (CISCO UCS, NetApp,...).
• Software integration skillsutilizing programming languages (Perl, Python, VB,...).
• Experience in Infrastructure asCode (IaC) using DevOps practices.
• Solidexperience in IT foundation services (DNS/DHCP, Virtualization,Backup, Storage, logs management, and key networkingaspects).
• Knowledge and experience with patch& vulnerability managementsystems
• Self-motivated and able to providesolutions based on independentresearch.
• Excellent customer service,interpersonal and problem-solvingskills.
• Excellent communication skills inwritten and spoken English.
• Capable ofmulti-tasking.
• Teamworker.
• Flexible to work outside regularBusiness hours and is expected to be on call when needed to supportthe services.
• UAE nationals arepreferred.

• A master's degree in arelated field (ComputerScience/Engineering).
• Certifications in relatedtechnologies (Azure, AWS, VMware,...).
• Experience in setting andmanaging an HCI environment (likeNutanix).
• Experience in integration orautomation tools (Ansible, Boomi,...).
• Experience in the followingtechnologies: VMware, Cohesity, Veeam, Infoblox,NetApp.
• Experience in Email servicesmanagement, including Google Workspace and MicrosoftExchange.
