Job pupose:

The responsibility of Authority Approval/Stakeholder must be aware of the building permit process in Dubai and AbuDhabi throughout the entire project duration.

Report to client on a regular basis and attend meetings to inform clients about NOC's and approvals. Demonstrate knowledge about local building codes and recommend the team for any enhancements in building design. Poses good organizational skills to manage different projects at a time.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
Experience - Minimum 7+ Years of experience in same field.
Experience as Authority Approval/Stakeholder - Minimum 5 years.
Education - Bachelor of Architecture.

Expertise on - Knowledge of local building codes, building permit and NOC approval process with different authorities such as DDA, DM ,Trakhees, RTA, DCD, DEWA and MEPS (Tamm) portal.

Industry - Architectural engineering consultant experience is a must.
Location - Dubai

Salary based on experience.
