Bar Supervisor

Responsibilities:

Leadership and Team Management:
Provide effective leadership to the bar staff, including training, coaching, and performance management.
Create a positive and collaborative work environment to maximize team efficiency and morale.
Schedule and organize staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.

Customer Service:
Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained at all times.
Interact with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
Train staff on customer service best practices and product knowledge.

Inventory Management:
Monitor and manage bar inventory levels, including ordering and restocking supplies as needed.
Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to minimize waste and loss.
Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.

Bartender Training and Development:
Conduct ongoing training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of bartenders.
Stay updated on industry trends and share relevant information with the team.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Quality Control:
Ensure that all drinks are prepared and served according to established recipes and quality standards.
Conduct regular checks on cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
Implement and enforce hygiene and safety protocols.

Promotions and Marketing:
Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement promotions to drive sales.
Participate in marketing initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing ones.

Financial Management:
Monitor sales, expenses, and profitability of the bar.
Assist in budgeting and financial planning for the bar department.
Implement cost-control measures to optimize financial performance.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Bartender with at least 5 of supervisory or management experience.
Strong knowledge of beverage trends, mixology, and customer preferences.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle highstress situations.
Familiarity with pointofsale (POS) systems and basic computer skills.
TIPS or equivalent certification is a plus.

Salary:
AED5, AED7,000.00 per month

- alcoholic bar restaurant: 5 years (required)
