Job Requirements
Provenwork experience within Oil and Gas industry
Fluency inEnglish language
Experience with inventory in an oil andgas warehouse

Job Mission
Support thereceipt and inspection of materials on arrival at the site in termsof integrity conformity and quantities as perspecifications/technical drawings Purchase Orders and PackingLists
Support the adequate handling storage andpreservation of materials in accordance with the relevantprocedures defined by vendors clients and projects
Supportthe handover and traceability of materials

JobResponsibilities

• Promote safe workspractices and environmental protection ensuring that safetystandards are respected
• Ensure the fulfillmentof the project quality and contractualrequirements
• Inspect materials on arrival atthe site in terms of integrity conformity and quantities as perspecifications/technical drawings Purchase Orders and PackingLists
• Segregate nonconformingmaterials
• Ensure the use of adequate means forhandling materials
• Coordinate materials storageand preservation activities in accordance with the relevantprocedures defined by vendors clients andprojects
• Communicate to Quality Department whenmaterial is ready for inspection
• Monitor theavailable and incoming materials and provide assistance forfeasibility analysis issuing the relevantreports
• Keep updated the relevant Saipemsoftware systems (e.g. MARIAN MAGA FMS asapplicable)
• Verify the Test Certificate Numberand heat cast number and keep record of thecertificates
• Support and control the handoverof materials to Subcontractors and/or construction execution teamaccordingly to site procedures ensuring the record of thevouchers
• Support and control the shipment ofnonconforming materials or of the materials to berepaired
• Ensure the prompt issue of MRRs(Materials Requisitions Requests) in order to allow materialsprocurement
• Coordinate human and technicalresources indicating any needs orsurplus
• Prepare the list of residual materialsupon completion of works
• Coordinate with theSite Construction Manager or the Fabrication Yard ProductionPlanning and Control unit to reconcile materials with clientsand/or subcontractors
