Job Title:
IT Support & Business Analyst

Location:
International City, Dubai, UAE

Working Days:6 (only 1 leave in week)

Job Type:
Full-Time

Position Overview:

Responsibilities:

Monitor system performance and proactively address potential problems.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Conduct analysis and impact assessments for proposed changes and enhancements.
Work closely with development teams to ensure business needs are met.
Create and update business requirements, functional specifications, and process documentation.
Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) with business stakeholders.
Provide training to endusers on new features, enhancements, and best practices.
Assist in the development of training materials.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and system optimizations.
Actively participate in postimplementation reviews to gather feedback for future enhancements.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Must be able to work in staggered shifts (Morning/Evening/Night)
Business analysis experience, including requirements gathering and documentation.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a crossfunctional team environment.
Familiarity with ASANA and JIRA.
Experience with AGILE/Scrum/Kanban
