Overview:


We are seeking a talented and creative individual to collaborate with our real estate agency on a freelance basis as a Content Creator, Photographer, and Videographer.

Our agency focuses on delivering exceptional visual content to showcase properties and attract potential buyers.

This role offers the flexibility to work on a project-by-project basis while contributing your expertise in photography and videography to enhance our marketing efforts.


Responsibilities:

Photography:


  • Capture highquality photographs of properties, highlighting their unique features and aesthetics.
  • Edit and retouch images to ensure consistency and enhance visual appeal.
  • Collaborate with real estate agents to understand their vision and preferences for property photos.

Videography:


  • Produce engaging video content, including property tours, neighborhood highlights, and drone footage.
  • Edit videos to create compelling narratives and showcase the best aspects of each property.
  • Incorporate music, narration, and other elements to enhance the viewing experience.

Content Creation:


  • Develop creative concepts for marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
  • Write captivating property descriptions and headlines that attract potential buyers.
  • Ensure that all content aligns with brand guidelines and effectively communicates the value of each property.

Client Interaction:


  • Communicate effectively with real estate agents and clients to understand their goals and preferences.
  • Provide guidance on staging and presentation to optimize the visual appeal of properties.
  • Collaborate with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any feedback or requests.

Equipment Management:


  • Maintain and operate photography and videography equipment, ensuring that it is in good working condition.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in technology to enhance the quality of content.

Qualifications:


  • Proficiency with photography and videography equipment, as well as editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional photography and videography skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for composition, lighting, and detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms is a plus.
