    About the RoleAs Customer Success Manager, you will engage and manage active users in MENA accounts, spanning law firms, in-house clientele.

    You will be assessing the needs of the customer, and developing customer specific business plans. You will promote the tailored advantages of our services for each customer's needs, providing excellent service and growing accounts.

    ResponsibilitiesAdvocating for law school and firm customers to increase active usersStrategically expanding business opportunities through effective upselling and cross-selling initiatives.

    Developing strategic account plans, recognizing sales opportunities, targeting specific sales activities, and analyzing competitor threatsDelivering specialized customer presentations that communicate our value proposition and competitor differentiation to create new active usersConducting compelling research, analysis of findings and sharing information with product, segment and marketingExecuting marketing strategies aimed at positioning LexisNexis as an expert source meeting the needs of law firmsRequirementsHave the ability to travel locally to clientsBe able to work on your own and manage a territoryBe able to work as part of a team accomplishing mutual team goalsDemonstrate outstanding networking capabilities and exhibit a professional demeanor, business maturity, and technical knowledgeDemonstrate experience developing account plans and coordinating key stakeholders and resources to positively impact clientsHave excellent verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrate deep product, content or practice area knowledge to acts as a resource for sales and marketingWork in a way that works for youWe promote a healthy work/life balance across the organisation.
