- Identify target accounts through diverse channels (Social media, Networking, directories, databases, ...)
- Conduct outbound cold calls, e-mails to generate a high volume of target accounts
- Identify new business opportunities and maximize new revenue flow
- Increase and maintain the prospects' database
- Develop a strong sales pipeline with qualified leads actively collaborating and consulting withthe other Sales Manager and Regional MD
- Build well-articulated commercial proposals presenting the unique value of Digital andprogrammatic channels to agencies and advertisers direct
- Develop RFP responses that drive ROI while delivering against client business needs &objectives.
- Work alongside both internal (Account Management, and Trading team) and externalstakeholders to build strategy and drive innovation in the digital media space.
- Generate sales with Direct clients and agencies
- Close the deals and follow up with clients
- Exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets and business margin goals.
- Utilize Salesforce to record sales activity, deal pipeline and forecast revenue, consistently andaccurately.
- Will have strong regional existing and current relationships with key decision makers at bothagencies and brands
- Has in-depth experience and a proven track record in media and/or Digital sales
- Ideally currently working in the digital media/programmatic/RTB/network space
- Strong understanding of the digital media/RTB/programmatic eco-system
- Excellent knowledge of digital media and programmatic industry trends, platforms,technologies and pricing models
- Active in industry trade and networking events
- 2+ years of experience in digital media, lead generation or Programmatic sales industry
- Energetic, fast learner, curious, passionate, fearless, tenacious
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Live presentations, Phone or video calls, e-mails, ...), presentation and relationship building skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills, attention to details, able to follow strictprocesses
- Proficiency with MS Office tools (Excel, PPT, Words) and professional softwares (Salesforce,Hubspot, Smash, Slack...) or presentation tools (Zoom, Teams, Google Meet, ...)
- Strong analytical skills and high ability to generate business recommendations
- Perfect knowledge of the regional/local industry practices
- Fluent English is mandatory (verbal and written skills) Arabic and French will be a plus.
- Bonus based on qualitative evaluation and target achievement
- Annual leaves: 30 days
