Description
Monitoring all technicians and labours and reporting to Service Manager.


  • Handling all the subcontractors with their teams
  • Handling customer complaints, major issues are escalating to Service Manager.
  • Monitor the manpower on a daily basis to ensure that the customer's complaints are of required standard and quality. Monitor, control, and give productivity awareness tosubordinates. Ensures that their reported problems are given countermeasures and thatissues are resolved.
Assigning job cards to technicians daily wise.


  • Ensures that service technicians are conducting correct judgement thru the daily job card
reports and their actual jobs / output. Verifies technicians' reports and advise the concern for

corrective measures.


  • Issuing the parts to technicians.
  • Checks and orders spare parts / materials (unavailable to service Center store) which are
needed by the repair group ahead of time


  • Monitoring & answering the customer queries.

Salary:
Up to AED6,000.00 per month


Experience:

- electronics service supervisot: 4 years (required)
