  • Meeting planned sales renewal goals.
  • Setting individual sales renewal targets with the sales team.
  • Tracking sales renewal goals and reporting results as necessary.
  • Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
  • Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
  • The ongoing training of your salespeople.
  • Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.
  • Promoting the organization and products.
  • Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
  • Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
  • Experience in customer relationship management.
  • Experience managing and directing a sales team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Dedication to providing great customer service.
  • Ability to lead a sales team.
  • Expertise in UAE

Business Setup:
In-depth knowledge of intricacies of setting up a business in the UAE is a must.

  • Manage incoming leads and conduct meetings in person and online with potential clients to fully understand their business needs and present the appropriate setup/expansion plan
  • Identify new business opportunities including new clients, markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services
  • Present tailored recommendations to leads based on their business activities, requirements and market opportunities
  • Assess and prepare all required documentation for the business setup process
  • Manage client portfolio to ensure high customer satisfaction and promote referrals
  • Maintain the CRM and all internal systems updated
  • Be aware of changes to government policies, regulations, processes, etc., and anything that may affect the efficiency of the setup process
  • Upsell to deliver added value to the client and crosssell to promote products and services from other AstroLabs business units
  • Attend networking events to promote our services
  • Manage partner relationships to ensure client satisfaction
  • Prepare and present monthly sales renewal reports
  • Share insights with the marketing team to improve performance and enhance the lead quality
  • Devise strategies and propose promotions and initiatives to drive the sales renewal process.

Salary:
AED3, AED5,000.00 per month


Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:


  • Sales: 2 years (preferred)
  • Business setup Advisor: 3 years (required)
