Description

Functional job responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Review and approval of nonstandard execution methods. Innovative ways to deliver to client's needs and expectations. Develop and maintain an overall department budget. Provide guidance and oversight on projects while driving KBR's quality initiatives and standards. Establish succession planning and mentorship throughout the group. Responsible for all personnel decisions across the team.

Aid in sales and proposal pursuits including development of work hour estimates required to properly execute a given scope of work.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with a minimum ten (10) years of experience, with an average of 15 Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus Knowledge/expertise in engineering execution for a diverse range of project types and phases across the refining, petrochemical, and LNG industries.
