Duties & Responsibility


Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting, and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.

Serves and attracts potential customers by providing product and service information.

Always maintain a positive and friendly tone with customers and solve customer issues as quickly as possible.

Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain professional customer service by providing proactive customer service.

Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed and meet personal and team targets.

Assist customers with the opening of accounts, update internal database with information about issues, and share feedback.

Be able to demonstrate impeccable telephone etiquette and management.

Be able to provide support and troubleshooting on trading platforms.

Provide all relevant information to clients regarding documents and materials for becoming a client.

Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

Any other duties and responsibilities that the Employer may reasonably request from the Employee from time to time.

Able to work on shifts rotation / day - night
- weekends

Previous customer support experience will be considered an advantage but not necessary.


Requirements:

Prior customer service experience will be considered as an advantage but not necessary as company provides full in-house training.

Fluency in English, strong typing, as well as any other language, will be consider an advantage.

Strong communications, problem solving and active listening skills.

Computer literate with sound knowledge of Microsoft office suite.

University degree in a related field will be considered an advantage.

Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
