Job Responsibilities

• Lead generation, lead management, retaining clients and processing.
• Provide timely, comprehensive, and strategic support to the case officers as required
• Knowledge of Social Media platforms, placing of effective advertisements and promotions
• Obtaining necessary documents from clients for submissions
• Advising clients on required changes to documents currently on file if necessary
• Organize, maintain file list, and diarize deadlines, provide reports to management on a weekly basis of all leads and effectively follow up done
• Maintain timely and effective communication with clients and other stakeholders
• Conducting research when necessary and staying up to date with immigration programs
• Perform related work as assigned with emphasis on handling high net worth clients for investor and second citizenship programs, whi,e having a working knowledge of these

Job Requirements

• CCIC License is NOT required for this position
• Minimum Education: College Diploma but bachelor or higher degree is preferred
• MUST have minimum 3 years of work experience in Canadian Immigration Consultancy
• Strong knowledge of current Canadian immigration programs, regulations and procedures for Canada, Australia, EU etc.
• Excellent command of English, with strong written and oral communication skills
• Strong drafting skills with the ability to create outstanding submission letters

Additional pay:
Commission on sales targets
