    • Applicants should have:

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience with demonstrable, successful experience as a school leader at the Principal/ Headteacher level.
  • Broad experience in delivering an international education based on the US curriculum.
  • Strong academic credentials including but not limited to knowledge of curriculum, instructional practice, innovative educational practices, and student assessment.
  • Strong collaborative management style, and ability to develop and participate effectively in teams.
  • A creative mind with the ability to lead innovations in teaching and learning and the broader activity of the school.
  • Inter-culturally awareness, well-developed communication skills, and an excitement to engage with students and parents.
  • A commitment to achieving the best possible outcomes for every student.

    Bloom Education is recruiting now for qualified and experienced School Principals for our new charter schools in Al Ain due to open in August 2024.

    The Charter Schools project is dedicated to public school students based in Al Ain. Operated and managed by private education providers, our Charter Schools offer an American-based curriculum from kindergarten through to cycle three, up to Grade 10, with more grades to be introduced as students progress in their educational journey.
