    • Support & Maintenace of T.T.infrastructure includingtelecommunications.
    • Implementtechnology-related processes, system andtelecommunications.
    • Installation ofsoftware/hardware upgrades in compliance with Fairmont Hotels& Resorts corporate policies and legalrequirements.
    • Responsible for daily backup andrestores.
    • Monitor technology and telecommailbox and ensure call resolutions within the servicelevels.
    • Maintain up-to-date detailed knowledgeand records of all systems security, contingency plans, internalcontrols and standards.
    • Perform routine dailyclerical functions regarding integrity of computersystems.

    • Strong technical background, withspecific requirement as follows:
    • Detailedknowledge of operating systems includingWin7
    • Knowledge in management of operating ofPMS (Micros-Fidelio), PABX/Voicemail/Call Accounting, RIS, Salesand Catering
    • 1-2 years experience in an IT rolein a fast-paced luxury hotel/conferenceenvironment
    • Microsoft Certified SoftwareEngineer
    • Understand of Cisco NetwokingEquipment
    • Understand of TCP/IPnetworks.
