- Support & Maintenace of T.T.infrastructure includingtelecommunications.
- Implementtechnology-related processes, system andtelecommunications.
- Installation ofsoftware/hardware upgrades in compliance with Fairmont Hotels& Resorts corporate policies and legalrequirements.
- Responsible for daily backup andrestores.
- Monitor technology and telecommailbox and ensure call resolutions within the servicelevels.
- Maintain up-to-date detailed knowledgeand records of all systems security, contingency plans, internalcontrols and standards.
- Perform routine dailyclerical functions regarding integrity of computersystems.

- 1-2 years experience in an IT rolein a fast-paced luxury hotel/conferenceenvironment
- Microsoft Certified SoftwareEngineer
- Understand of Cisco NetwokingEquipment
- Understand of TCP/IPnetworks.
