• Knowledge in Voice evacuation,Fire Alarm system , Emergency & Exit lightsystem
• Knowledge in AUTOCAD & Revit 3Dmodelling
• Knowledge in UAE Fire codes &NFPA Standard
• Design and estimate Extra LowVoltage Fire Alarm Systems for variousprojects
• Prepare technical drawings,specifications, and cost estimates for clientproposals
• Coordinate with project managers,engineers, and clients to ensure project requirements aremet
• Stay updated on industry standards andregulations related to fire alarmsystems
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliersto source required materials andequipment
• Ensure compliance with safetystandards and quality control measures
• Documentproject progress and maintain accurate records of design andestimation activities
• Have a strong knowledgein fire alarm, voice evacuation, emergency lighting systems and UAEfire codes.
• Have an ability to adapt easily inwork pressure.
• Have a good communication,Microsoft office skills.

• Bachelor's degree inElectrical Engineering
• At least 3 years ofexperience in designing and estimating fire alarmsystems
• Strong technical skills in AutoCAD,Revit, and other design software
• Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills
• Abilityto work effectively in a teamenvironment
• Attention to detail andproblem-solving abilities
• Physical ability toconduct site surveys and assessments asneeded
