Responsibilities:
The Training Coordinator is tasked with overseeing the training programs and ensuring that students acquire the necessary practical skills


Their responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing training modules and curricula.
  • Collaborating with corporate partners to align training with industry needs.
  • Coordinating the placement of students in corporate training programs.
  • Monitoring and evaluating the progress of students during their training.
  • Providing guidance and support to students to enhance their learning experience.


The Training Coordinator is in charge of the development and implementation of training programs, coordinates student placements, and ensures the quality of training experiences.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in education, training, or a related field.
  • Experience in curriculum development and training coordination.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of industryspecific training needs.

Salary:
AED5, AED7,000.00 per month
