We are seeking a skilled TIG Welder.

Responsibilities:

Perform TIG welding operations according to engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
Set up welding equipment including TIG welding machines, gas cylinders, and related tools.
Prepare materials for welding by cleaning, grinding, and degreasing surfaces as needed.
Select appropriate welding techniques, materials, and filler rods based on project requirements.
Monitor and adjust welding parameters to ensure proper penetration, fusion, and bead appearance.
Inspect welds visually and using various measuring tools to verify dimensional accuracy and quality.
Troubleshoot welding issues and make adjustments to maintain weld quality and productivity.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of welding equipment and materials.
Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
Collaborate with engineers, fabricators, and other team members to resolve technical challenges and improve welding processes.
Document welding activities, including material usage, welding parameters, and quality inspection results.
Continuously strive to improve welding skills and stay updated on industry trends and advancements.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a TIG Welder in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
Proficiency in TIG welding techniques, including GTAW (Gas Tungsten Arc Welding).
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols.
Familiarity with a variety of metals and alloys, including stainless steel, aluminum, and titanium.
Strong attention to detail and quality, with the ability to produce welds that meet strict specifications.
Excellent handeye coordination and manual dexterity.
Knowledge of welding equipment setup, operation, and maintenance.
Basic math skills for measuring and calculating dimensions.
Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team.
Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed to meet project deadlines.
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in welding is preferred.

Pay:
AED8, AED12,000.00 per month
