- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build relationships with clients
- Strong knowledge of real estate principles and practices in the Dubai market
- Capability to network and build relationships with clients and other professionals in the real estate industry
