• Ensuring all content isconsistent, in terms of style, quality and tone of voice, andoptimised for search and user experience for all channels ofcontent including online, social media, email, mobile, print andin-person.
• Mapping out a content strategy thatsupports and extends marketing initiatives, both short andlong-term, determining which methods work for the brand and why.Continuous evolution of strategy is amust.
• Supervising writers, editors, contentstrategists; be an arbiter of best practices in grammar, messaging,writing, and style.
• Conducting ongoingusability tests to gauge contenteffectiveness.
• Gather data and handle analytics(or supervise those who do) and make recommendations based on thoseresults.
• Working with owners of particularcontent to revise and measure particular content and marketinggoals.
• Developing standards, systems and bestpractices (both human and technological) for content creation,distribution, maintenance, content retrieval and contentrepurposing, including the real time implementation of contentstrategies.
• Establishing workflow forrequesting, creating, editing, publishing, and retiringcontent.
• Work with the technical team toimplement an appropriate Content ManagementSystem.
• Conducting periodic competitiveaudits.

Requirements:

• Adegree in communications, public relations, orEnglish.
• At least 10 years'experience in content creation, including journalism orpublishing.
• Experience in writing thoughtleadership articles.
• An excellent understandingof the publishing requirements for digitalplatforms.
• Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
• Vast knowledge in growingaudiences and establishing targetaudiences.
• Outstanding written communicationand interpersonal skills.
• Ability to converseand write in more than one language.
• Experiencemanaging a team of writers.
