Job Scope/Summary:

To manage and deliver the social media strategy and execution for Clients (including commercial shows) and projects. Meet or exceed the corporate and event's social media objectives, goals, and KPIs.
Responsible for all areas of the social media campaignincluding but not limited to strategy, content, execution, reporting and analytics, campaign optimization, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Develop and implement Client (including commercial shows) social media strategy and plan
Liaise with social media agencies to develop the reports of social media campaigns, creative briefings, and community management.
Development of social media toolkits(when required)
Integrate organic social media strategy within wider digital (including paid digital) and marcomms campaign activity
Brief development of creative assets for social media to the relevant internal and external team
Crisis management planning and execution for social media
Effectively communicate project plans, expectations, deliverables & results to internal and external stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
Regular meetings with internal and external stakeholders
Assist in the identification and onboarding of innovative social media suppliers and solutions as required for the campaign activity
