Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to meet business objectives and increase brand visibility.
Create and curate engaging and compelling content for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Manage and monitor social media accounts, including scheduling and publishing content, responding to comments and inquiries, and engaging with the online community.
Conduct thorough research on industry trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities to optimize social media presence and stay ahead of the curve.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align social media strategies with overall marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Monitor social media analytics, track key performance indicators, and generate regular reports to measure the success of social media efforts.
Stay uptodate with the latest social media trends, technologies, and best practices, and propose innovative ideas to enhance social media presence and engagement.

Requirements:

Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
Indepth understanding of social media platforms, their respective audiences, and best practices for each platform.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair for crafting engaging and compelling content.
Strong knowledge of social media analytics tools to track and measure the performance of social media campaigns.
Experience in developing and implementing successful social media strategies to achieve business objectives.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
Proficient in using social media management and scheduling tools.
Knowledge of SEO, online marketing, and digital advertising is a plus.
