JobDescription:We are currently in search of a seasonedSenior Planning Engineer with a strong background in hotel projectplanning and execution. The role will be based in Ras Al Khaimahand the successful candidate will play a crucial role in steeringcomplex hotel construction and refurbishment projects to timely andsuccessful completion.

KeyResponsibilities:

• Developand maintain comprehensive project schedules ensuring all hotelproject milestones are achieved within the agreedtimeframes.
• Coordinate effectively witharchitects engineers construction teams and various stakeholders toensure project objectives are met.
• Applyexpert knowledge of construction practices to analyze projectproposals and identify the most efficient executionmethods.
• Prepare indepth project reports andprovide actionable insights to senior management andclients.
• Offer mentorship and support tojunior planning staff and project team members.
• Formulate and enforce risk management strategies tominimize project delays and financial risks.
• Ensure strict adherence to the UAEs constructionstandards legal requirements and safety regulations.
• Facilitate regular project meetings maintaining clear andopen communication channels between all partiesinvolved.
• Leverage advanced project managementsoftware to maintain a transparent and realtime project progresstracking system.
• Adjust project plans based onsite progress reviews ensuring seamless alignment with projectgoals.
• Liaise with procurement and financedepartments to synchronize project timelines with budgetaryconstraints and materialsourcing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering ConstructionManagement or relevant technical discipline.
• At least 1015 years of specialized experience in planningand project management within the hotel sector.
• Mastery of project management tools such as Primavera P6and MS Project.
• Proficient understanding ofconstruction engineering principles and project management bestpractices.
• Exceptional leadership qualitiescoupled with superb time management and organizationalskills.
• Advanced analytical skills with astrong problemsolving mindset.
• Excellentcommunication skills in both written and verbal form.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a teamenvironment and manage a diverse group of stakeholders.
• Project management certification (e.g. PMP Prince2) ishighly regarded.
• Extensive knowledge of thelocal construction regulations and building standards in the UAEparticularly in Ras Al Khaimah.
