    Description

    Careers for a Changing World of Islamic Banking

    To lead and manage a bank branch, adhering to SIB policies and guidelines, ensuring target achievement, business development, and high customer focus as per the strategic plan.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop the business by identifying opportunities and promoting quality services to gain market share and profitability.
    • Enhance customer interaction through digital solutions and provide support to employees in using these tools.
    • Review daily reports, address unusual situations, and monitor performance against targets.

    Leadership and Team Management:

    • Supervise employee performance, provide guidance, and train staff in digital tool usage.
    • Build a reliable team, give constructive feedback, and analyze KPIs related to digital adoption and customer satisfaction.

    Customer Relationships:

    • Target sources of funds, attract business to the branch, and develop strong relationships with existing customers.
    • Promote additional products and services, meet customers to strengthen relations, gather feedback, and address complaints promptly.

    Compliance Responsibilities:

    • Serve as the central point for AML, CTF, and KYC matters and keep the branch updated on developments.
    • Review account opening applications and support requests from the Compliance Department.

    Consumer Protection:

    Ensure compliance with consumer protection standards, treat customers fairly, provide accurate information, respond promptly, protect customer data, report suspicious activities, and continuously improve customer service.

    Qualifications, Experiences & Skills:

    • University Degree/Diploma in Business, Finance, or Banking.
    • 8-10 years in Retail Banking, with at least 4 years in retail branches.
    • Proficiency in Arabic and English, both oral and written.
    • Essential computer skills and proficiency in digital banking technologies.
