As a Senior Product Manager youwill be working in the Captain (Driver) product team. The Captainteam has provided economic empowerment for more than 2M captains inthe MENAP region. We regard our captains as the soul of Careem.They power our Mobility of People and Mobility of Things (foodgroceries ecommerce goods) and we have their best economic healthand safety interests at heart. Responsibilities:

• Strategy& Vision: Developing the strategy and vision forthe captain growth squad working closely with the captains marketsproduct data science analytics andengineers.
• Roadmap: Buildingand driving the roadmap and being accountable on the impact andoutcome.
• Execution:Executing and delivering on measurable results in a high throughputand a high performingenvironment.
• Voice ofCaptains: Constantly in touch with our captains activelylistening with genuine empathy in order to better articulate andprioritize their pains and gain and validate designs andexperiences before developing them incode.
• Voice of Data:Constantly surfacing and examining the opportunities from miningthe wealth of data and prioritizing based on strategic ROI andimpact.
• StakeholdersManagement: Shielding the team and managing stakeholdersbringing stability and principled framework for decision making andprioritization.
• Culture of Impact andShooting for the Moon: Responsible for growing a best inclass captain core experience team guided by first principles fromscience and economics grounded by data iterating fast withexperimentation and compounding improvements and constantly pushingthe envelope through 10x ideas andpilots.

Qualifications:

• Wealthof experience in managing supply for marketplaces& booking experiences for ride hailingTwo sided marketplace& Deliveries Three sidedmarketplace
• Strong mobile app productmanagement background with min 5 years ofrelevant experience. Comfortable and passionatediscussing UI/UXalgorithms and ML models tradeoffs limitations andadvances.
• Impact driven withexperimentation and simulation mindset with experience inAB / Multivariate testing common pitfalls and avoiding being fooledby randomness.
• Proactiveness andClarity: Proactively unblocking and managingcrossvertical and crossfunctional dependencies andcommunication.
• Strong communicationskills critical thinking and soundjudgement.
• Drive andMotivation: You are motivated to make an impact deliverresults quickly and raise the bar in the regionsecosystem.
