    Equity Equity Capital (ECM) establishes,advises, organizes and executes equity and equity related offeringsto companies and financial sponsors.

    ECM is at the intersection ofADCB's banking advisory business, ADCB's privatebanking business and ADCB's Financial Markets Groupresearch/equity sales and trading.

    ECM activities include initialpublic stock offerings, additions, spin-offs,derivatives/conversion strategies, as well as other advisory workrelated to capital structure analysis, mergers andacquisitions.


    Situation:
    ADCB Equity Bank isseeking to appoint an experienced Equity Capital Associate for itsteam in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

    CoreResponsibilities:
    Equity Capital Associates are involvedin the origination and execution of all deal-related activities.

    Special responsibilities include creating materials forpresentations and other meetings; Analysis of companies, sectors,deal activity, corporate reports and shareholder statements;Building relationships with those involved in internal and externaltransactions; Building and managing internal databases related todeals and investors.

    The course will involve communication andcoordination with members of the wider ADCB PB, CMD and Brokerageteams.


    • Help identify and target new businessopportunities
    • Develop/identify fairpresentation strategies, communicate and provide appropriate adviceto corporate clients
    • Supporting major banks inexecuting fair offer deals and generating new businessopportunities
    • Develop/maintain institutionalinvestor relationships that can be leveraged to market deals andprovide client feedback in deal and non-dealsettings
    • Maintain knowledge of real-timecapital market and macro and micro economic themes that drive stockmarkets and investor trends
    • Develop andmaintain stock marketing materials
    • Superviseanalysts in preparing proposal books and related clientmaterials
