Key Responsibilities:


DEVELOPMENT OF THE AREA

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for BA/QA/PM
  • Manage & oversee the implementation.
  • In charge of understanding & analyzing the requirements.
  • Manage and deliver technology projects and changes by engaging with various internal and external stakeholders and adopting the project management framework to ensure projects are completed within the defined timelines and budgets.

CONTROL OF TASKS

  • Communicate clear requirements to Dev team
  • Assuring the clients requirements are fulfilled with quality
  • Risk management at each step of project deliveries
  • Manage planning and budgeting for the technology projects and coordinate and contribute for preparation of businessinitiated technology projects,
  • Monitoring the financial performance against the budget for the bank and its subsidiaries.

STRATEGIC & LEADERSHIP TASKS

  • Work with executive stakeholders to determine the contribution that business and IT improvements can make to achieving business objectives, defining strategies, agreeing, and prioritizing business requirements, conducting feasibility studies, producing both organizationallevel and detailed business models, and overseeing the definition and implementation of holistic solutions.
  • As a leader, you will take responsibility for the business analysis service provision for an organization or business unit. You'll determine the value proposition for the business analysis function. You'll define the roles and responsibilities for the business analysis staff, at all levels and grades.
  • Addressing the escalations in the event of overwork with proposed solution (priorities, alternative processing)
  • Drive business growth
  • Accountable for bringing in the best practices from the industry and its adoption across Seer group.
  • Continuous learning and future readiness

MANAGEMENT OF EMPLOYEES

  • Authorized to issue directions and make decisions regarding their tasks.
  • Ensuring a good team atmosphere/team building
  • Developing recommendations for personnel restructuring measures
  • Timely recognition & clarification of team conflicts
  • Further development/advancement of employees
  • Monitoring the implementation and transfer and making new knowledge accessible to others
  • Feedback interviews during and at the end of the probationary period/project work, etc.
  • Employee holiday planning/absence cover planning
  • Resource (team and assets) management

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:


  • Minimum Bachelor's degree with a major in Computer science or relevant field
  • Around 4 years in a managerial capacity for management of technical systems.
  • Proven experience in Unified Modelling Language (UML); software requirement specification (SRS), Business Requirement documents (BRD); Functional Specification Document (FSD)
  • Business Analysis Professional Certification is a plus
  • Excellent documentation skills
  • Adequate knowledge of relational database systems
