- Plan the roomreservations.
- Ensure proper selling techniquesand strategies are utilized to maximize roomrevenues.
- Coordinate all duties andresponsibilities of the reservation department ensuring a highlevel of accuracy and efficiency.
- Any matterwhich may effect the interests of the hotel should be brought tothe attention of the Management.
- Plan & prepare forecasts on atimely basis for review.
- Plan & preparemonthly reports, forecasts and other relevantreports.
- Ensure that the various monthlystatistical reports are generated and assist in the development ofoccupancy forecasts for the annualbudget.
